"OSHA Regulation Inforcement"

The New CAL/OSHA Heat Illness Prevention Standard, Title 8, California Code of Regulations, Section 3395, adopted on June 15, 2005, requires all employers with outdoor worksites to provide enough fresh water and cool potable water so that each employee can drink at least 1 quart per hour.

Frequent conversations with CAL/OSHA indicate that this law will be a, "Key Inspection Point" during the upcoming year.
